The Pool House is a tastefully furnished and decorated 4 Bedroom detached Swiss style bungalow, set in 6 acres of land (only shared with one other Gite 100 yards away). Being a bungalow The Pool House lends its self very well to people who are mildly disabled and can't climb stairs.
(There is a front door step and there are two steps going down to the bathroom and two of the bedrooms.)

The four bedrooms are set out as follows:- 3 Double bedrooms, the fourth has twin beds, there is also a double bed settee in the lounge bringing the total accommodation capacity to 10. There is a large L shaped lounge/ kitchen/ dining room. The kitchen has the usual modern appliances microwave etc. The automatic washing machine is situated around the back of the house so as you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of your holiday in France with out the noise of the washing machine. The front garden has BBQ and table & chairs and is fenced all the way round keeping it family friendly!

There is a Swimming pool , Jacuzzi, and hot tub as well as swings, table tennis table, badminton nets plus board games an ideal setting with lovely accommodation for your holiday in France.

Our local village is Jarze, a lovely sleepy village just which is 1 mile away. There is a Boulanger (butchers but almost general store) Patissierie, chemist, tabac and a Cafe .

The nearest supermarket is in Bauge which is 7 miles away.
