This detached farmhouse is set in 6 acres, situated away from the village of Jarze in perfect countryside, with glorious views of unspoilt countryside, ideal for bird watching and there is plenty of wildlife to see.
The closest town is Angers, with plenty of other places to visit, good restaurants, lakes, golf courses, horse riding, wine tasting and of course the Loire river for fishing.
The house is tastefully furnished and can sleeps 2/15 people and has gas central heating and log fire, it comprises of seven bedrooms; we have two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room with television for watching videos, and use of the rest of the land.
You also have a large terraced area for barbecues, patio table and chairs, patio area with sun loungers, 17` x 37` swimming pool, a table tennis table, badminton net, swings etc.
The proprietor’s house is also near by if there are any requests we will do our utmost for you to enjoy your holiday.
