This detached farmhouse is set in 6 acres, situated away from the village of Jarze in perfect countryside, with glorious views of unspoilt countryside, ideal for bird watching and there is plenty of wildlife to see.
The closest town is Angers, with plenty of other places to visit, good restaurants, lakes, golf courses, horse riding, wine tasting and of course the Loire river for fishing.
The house is tastefully furnished and can sleeps 2/15 people and has gas central heating and log fire, it comprises of seven bedrooms; we have two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room with television for watching videos, and use of the rest of the land.
You also have a Covered terraced area to dine Al Fresco when its too hot over looking the swimming pool , patio table and chairs, sun loungers, 17` x 37` swimming pool.
Our local village is Jarze, a lovely sleepy village just which is 1 mile away. There is a Boulanger (butchers but almost general store) 2 Patissierie, chemist, tabac/Bar and a Cafe there are a few local restaurants too with easy driving distance.
The nearest supermarket is in Bauge which is 7 miles away good town with lots of shops banks restaurants etc market on Monday and Saturday to get local produce and a lovely Chateau.
